I)  Effective immediately, the IFAA is looking for

A  Chairman of the Training and Coaching Committee

Profile:

·      The person is to be in good standing with one of the IFAA member organisations

·      He / She should be senior in Archery level A qualified and understand the styles and games IFAA is promoting

·      Understands training and coaching methodologies either from Archery or from other comparable sports.

·      Being communicative and well spoken in English, preferable with a 2^nd language commonly used for international communication

Tasks:

·      Establish outlines for training and coaching programs usable for member associations

·      Develop network to exchange training and coaching information between member associations and accredited coaches / trainers

·      Provide for a accreditation system to recognize trainer / coaches on international level (IFAA)

·      Interface with the technical committee to develop equipment tuning recommendations to trainers & coaches

·      Report periodically progress to IFAA President / IFAA Executives

·      Present achievements and agreed development program on a 2 Years base  to the Delegates during World Council

Benefits:

·      Re-imbursement of expenses as agreed with the President

·      Annual honorary donation of 50 Euros

II) Effective after April 5^th , the IFAA is looking for

A new member for the Audit Committee

Profile:

·      The person is to be in good standing with one of the IFAA member organisations

·      He / She should be experienced in reviewing account statements and financial information provided by treasurers

·      Being communicative and well spoken in English, preferable with a 2^nd language commonly used for international communication

Tasks:

·      Review accounting statements and financial information as provided by the treasurer and required according to the IFAA policies

·      Report review results jointly with other Audit Committee member

·      Discuss findings and report content with the IFAA President and the Executives

·      Present report to the Delegates during the World Council
